The Bow

Please join me to thank God as my daughter's birthday is today.Pls help her raise funds for her friend. As you donate pls mark it in the narration as " Zuriel's Birthday Fundraiser ".Thank you for donating to help her friend.

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we are doing a followup on our Shared Humanity podcasts as we discuss SHARED HUMANITY (3) .We need to partner as good stewards of planet Earth to work at achieving the UN SDGs.We have to own this process and at the end we can confidently say that :"We are the world".

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we are doing a followup on our Rest From Work & Rest Rest Rest podcasts as we discuss STRESS .We tend to over work ourselves & over think.Sadly, we also fail to do our annual Blood works ( Checkup's) as we are scared of discovering that we may have a medical condition.Thereby, we paint our mind with a sentence in Nigerias local palace pidgin language which says: " Wetin you no know, no go kill you.E better say you no sabi" .Its sad that we fail to follow more healthy self preservation tips. However,we must rest so that we can embrace wellness and be able to trigger innovation which spurs sustainable development.

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we are doing a followup on our 20 May 2022 and 12 May 2023 podcasts as we discuss SHARED RESPONSIBILITY (3).There has to be a strong sense of balance in shared responsibility in Nigeria thereby allowing the mum to still earn her "SHE MONEY" but we also have to value the dads time in home duties as we strive to achieve sustainable development.

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we get into our WASTEAGE SERIES:Celebrities & Waste as we discuss with the National President of Nigerian Medical Students Association.

There is also an urgent need for sustainable development in the Nigerian Medical space.Pls listen to my podcasts: https://anchor.fm/THE-BOW

Tonight on our exclusive programming at The Bow, we are still celebrating World Pharmacists Day as we do a podcast on COMMUNITY PHARMACY IN NIGERIA.

There is a strong decline in these facilities as their ethics takes a nose dive.Unqualified staff, staff with no empathy, lack of serious staff, pharmacy operating with another persons liscence..these are some of the many things we experience in community pharmacies in Nigeria. We need to ensure the UN SDG goal 3 (good health and well-being of the the people) is achieved by restoring our community pharmacies in Nigeria .

Good day all.Tonight on The Bow , we talk about INTEGRITY (2) .As our delegates currently at the 78th UNGA roundup their activities,we need them to actually do what they talk, mean it & carry out these UN SDG projects within reasonable time with transparency and inclusivity. There is so little time and there is so much work to do.

Integrity, sincerity of purpose and examplary character is what our leaders need to exhibit as we all strive hand in hand to achieve the UN SDGs.A great man once said:

"When wealth is lost, nothing is lost.

When health is lost, something is lost.

When character is lost, everything is lost".

Earlier today at the Eagle Square Car park (sandwiched between the Federal Secretariat buildings), the Clean Up Abuja volunteers as part of their work to mark the World Clean-up Day, went all out to clean the Eagle Square Car Park(a space that can accomodate precisely 300 cars). This cleanup was done by just only over 21 adults and 7children (with The Mayor of Abuja Mr Agula and also the Alhaji of Wazobia FM Abuja in full attendance).

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we are doing a followup on our 12 and 20 August 2022 podcasts on The Nigerian Consumer & The Markets as we sit down to discuss about THE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY IN NIGERIA.The consumer has rights to purchase any good of his or her choice, return such good in good condition and also be given a good of the same value. This is key as we walk towards sustainable development.

Tonight on our programming at The Bow, we present our exclusive WORK IT Series called NIGHT MARKETS IN NIGERIA(Afia Mgbede) .National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) in late August 2023 said in its Nigeria Labour Force Survey (NLFS) report that in Q1 2023 ,unemployment in Nigeria increased by 4.1%.

Night Markets seem to really help reduce unemployment as we see young Nigerians and elderly Nigerians selling their goods and services outside the markets and mostly in the night.
