It's a busy few weeks in the Welsh racing calendar, and the boys are about to start their own annual leave relay!

This week the boys look back on a fantastic day out in the sun supporting the teams at Rack Raid, before looking ahead at the biggest weekend of club racing in Wales - The Welsh Castles Relay, as well as Swansea Half Marathon and Tonypandy Track classic.
