Master Fix and Flipper - Viktor Jiracek (only 27 years old), is a fix and flipper out of Gainesville Florida. He did 20 flips last year and his goal is 30 flips for this year (2021).  His best flip was a $64k net profit deal that he ironically almost backed out of. He flips all type of properties including single family residences, townhomes, condos, and mobile homes.

I messed up my schedule so I didn't have a guest scheduled like I thought I did.  I decided to start a new series in that moment called "In the Trenches" and my first victim... I mean guest was Jordan Kreitz from our office. 

My goal is to get agents from our office that are on the front line like myself working with buyers and sellers and have them tell the market they are experiencing.  Tell some real life stories, so everyone knows that it's not rainbows and puppies out there.  GREAT job Jordan!!

My brave guest, Taylor Patullo, put in more offers on homes than any other client that I've had in my 29 years of being in this business.  The 10th one was a charm!!  If you are a buyer in this market, or even if you're not, you'll want to hear (in her words) what she was thinking, what she was being told by others and how it all ended up working out just fine.  At the end of the day, she got a wonderful home and is living happily ever after with her boyfriend Travis. 

Don't lose hope, you will find a home, and you will love the home you find!  If you start to feel depressed, just listen to this podcast and you'll know it's all going to be ok.  :)
