Even so often when scrolling on TikTok you find a gym. Are you really living a peaceful life or are you in denial? Are you the type to distance yourself from the friends who are your mirrors and tell you about yourself? They speak on the things about you that you don't want to acknowledge? Just a few things I feel we as men could do to help our woman feel secure. Seems we get comfortable at some point and stop doing all of these things. Mentally and physically we gotta do better...

I was sitting here BrainSurfin(thinking)to myself trying to self-reflect. I was wondering why I seem to latch onto certain people and where that may have started. To be honest once I started to think this way I put my equipment together and started to record my thoughts as I was thinking them. No this is not a conventional episode it is more of a chance for you to get inside of my head and see the way I process my thoughts. I joined a Facebook group and basically a fan page for Kevin samuels. I use the first 2 months to sit back and take in the energy of the group but in reality it only took a week maybe two. Me and one of the women in the group ended up having a pretty long conversation about the majority of the man in the groups and the thoughts that all of them seem to share. Hopefully I can have her call in to officially do a full podcast episode but here is a sample of what we have picked up from the men in this group.
