Most things in life our mental but sadly it seems alot of ppl aren't mentally strong. I don't feel I have the answers but I do have a few ways I feel can help ppls mental. Don't let anyone get in your head because that is the place your actions are thought out before performed.

In this episode I discuss my feelings in trust whether gaining or loosing it. I feel everyone can relate but we all have some sort of trust issues based on things we’ve experienced through life. Take the time listen to a few mins, we all can relate.
