As business owners, we often find ourselves wanting to do more and do so faster because we need to get so many things done. Most time management tools brag about helping you to do things faster, but if you're spending time on the wrong tasks (a.k.a. tasks that do not move the needle forward), it doesn't matter how fast you're completing them. Actually, you shouldn't be wasting your time on those tasks at all!
Time management starts with task management. It's time we beat the "I don't have enough time to do what matters the most" cycle. Every Friday, we'll focus on one step until we go full circle.
