One of the hardest things I had to do over the last 1.5 years was have RADICAL self honesty - a sit down therapy session with myself if you will.

What do I truly want?

What am I so afraid of?

Why do I care what people think?

Why do I care what my parents think?

What is my honest thoughts around money?

Why am I so controlling?

Why am I so obsessed with my business?

Why am I buffering instead of working through hard feelings?

Why do I spend so much money?

Why am I operating out of my ego?

What am I doing to keep me “safe” which is actually keeping me small?

How do I actually want to spend my time each day?

What kind of parent do I want to be?

Being honest with yourself will set you free - well halfway free- the hardest part is then taking action on all the big scary things you deeply desire & not giving a single fuck what anyone thinks about it.

Being poor, bullied, not having a glamorous life, afraid to show up as who I really was, afraid to tell people I was in an abusive relationship, or that my business wasn't going the way I wanted it to.

Because then we are afraid of the judgement, what will people think? They won't take me serious. This doesn't make me look successful.

Yeah.. that was me. 2016-2018 was a SHIT SHOW & sometimes my life still is. Being a mom, a wife, & a business owner is far from glamorous & perfect.

But I've learned that those parts of my stories made me who I am today, allowed me to show up authentically myself, to love myself for who I am.

Most importantly it taught me that I have the power to REWRITE my story at any given moment. These not so cute parts of my journey have made me exactly who I am - it's empowered me - & It does not define me.
