Girls! I believe there are certain stages we go through in a break up. As i'm currently going through one, I wanted to share with you my raw and honest pain, challenges and triumphs in the hope this will get you through your tough times!

I don't think there is any 'right' way to get through a break up, but heck, if I knew some of these lessons ahead of time, I might be in a little less pain.
