Brian starts the hour by going over the all decade team in the NBA. Brian then dives into some storylines in the NFL. Brian ends the hour by having on Bryan Fischer from College Football Talk. 

Brian starts the hour by talking about Vince Carter returning to the NBA for another year. Brian then previews the college football season. Brian then ends the hour by diving into the latest with the Dallas Cowboys. 

Brian starts the third of the show talking about Kemba Walker and how he will be in a new situation in Boston, also discuss that he thinks Jayson Tatum needs to take that next step. He continues on discussing Trae Young and that he is must watch basketball, he also gives his thoughts on the Pelicans and what he expects of Zion. Brian goes talks about Carmelo Anthony being on First Take and gives his thoughts on what Carmelo said.  

To start the 2nd hour of the show Brian he continue talking about David Griffin and him being upset not getting credit when he was GM at the Cavs and his displeasure with Lebron James. Then after he talks about Anthony Davis almost wearing the number 80 and the Boston Red Sox and that they are in very bad shape. Jared Dubin from CBS Sports joins the show to talk the NFL. To finish the 2nd hour he talks Zion Williamson signing with the Jordan brand. 

Brian starts the show with a summary of the Hall of Fame game between the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos. Then he talks about the story of head coach for the Denver Broncos Vic Fangio. After he talks about the attire that Ed Reed had on compared to the rest of the hall of famers and the stories of the hall of famers. He then talks about the story of David Griffin coming out and saying that he hated working with Lebron James and that he never got any credit. To finish the first hour Brian talks about the Memphis Grizzlies throwback uniforms.
