Michelle Estroff with PANDA (Pediatric and Neonatal Doernbecher Ambulance), is a true hero too many across the state of Oregon. She provides critical life support to patients who need critical respiratory care. She is a part of a team that travels via Ambulance, Air, and Helicopter to pick up the most critical patients and they never waiver they are heroes!

Michelle was born and raised in the finger lakes of upstate New York. She received her respiratory therapist degree from genesee community college in 2011. She has a passion for caring for all people, this provides her with true joy. She found her calling in caring for the critically ill neonates while working in New York. When she moved to Oregon she was lucky enough to begin caring for pediatric and neonate patients and truly have the most rewarding job. She enjoys spending quality time with my family and friends. Especially time spent at her home in Dundee with her Husband Andrew and their 2 Kids (Scarlett who is 5 and Arlo who is 20 months), but we can’t forget to mention their two fur babies (Rusty and Maple).
