When Gail Hamilton started believing that her desire to fly must be bigger than her fear of flying, she changed from being a victim of her own circumstances to becoming the creator of her destiny. 

Julie Reiskin is the Executive Director of the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition. She has gained expertise on nonprofit accountability and best practices, publicly funded long-term community-based services, disability rights law, public benefits, and the intersectionality of systemic and individual advocacy. In 2010, she was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation. Julie also has M.S., and she and Brenda discuss their lives before disabilities, Brenda's personal story, and other topics.

Karla Gilbride was nominated by President Biden in January of 2023 and sworn in as the General Council of the EEOC. In January of 2025, Gilbride along with two commissioners were fired by President Trump. In February, Gilbride accepted the position of Deputy Director of Public Citizen Litigation Group. Blind since birth, Gilbride shares her inspirational and encouraging life story with Brenda.
