There comes a time in the decline of a nation when God will no longer delay judgment—that’s when true suffering begins. To endure times of hardship, we need to have a support system in place. In this message, Pastor Lutzer offers guidance from Jeremiah, who saw times like ours coming. How should believers live when the really hard times come?

Hebrews Chapter 5 illustrates Jesus as the Great High Priest,
surpassing the old priesthood. He is appointed by God and offers
a direct connection to him. Jesus, through suffering, learned
obedience and became the source of eternal salvation. The chapter
then criticizes some believers for being spiritually immature,
urging them to move beyond basic teachings and deepen their
understanding and practice of God’s Word.
How did we get here, and what do we do now?

Charity, pluralism, and openness are values that made the West great. But they are not values shared by the aggressive Islamists and resentful Third Worlders the West has been admitting in huge numbers. In the wake of New York's mayoral primary, Dr. Gad Saad issues a warning about how foreign migrants view the West's practices as weaknesses to be exploited. Plus, Hillsdale's Prof. Paul Rahe describes the nature of the Iranian Islamic regime, the history of its conflict with Israel, and the prospects for it being overthrown by more moderate, friendly forces inside the country.
