  • Real Life Radio with Jack Hibbs - Parable Of The Lost Sheep – 1B

Today, Pastor Jack teaches us that the existence of sheep defies explanation. They don’t do well on their own, especially when they wander away. Just as sheep are 100% dependent on the shepherd for survival, we are 100% dependent on God.

The post Parable Of The Lost Sheep – 1B first appeared on Pastor Jack Hibbs.

  • Focus on the Family with Jim Daly - Three Ways to Introduce Your Friends to Jesus (Part 2 of 2)

J.John explains why we need to take the Great Commission seriously and share Jesus Christ with our friends and neighbors in a ‘natural’ way. He encourages us to invest in others through prayer, small acts of caring, and by reaching across social barriers.

  • Pathway to Victory - Why God Sends Good People to Hell

One of the most common concerns about Christianity is this: How could a loving God send good people to hell? On the surface, it’s a convincing question. But Dr. Robert Jeffress shows that all of us are worthy of eternal judgment. Gratefully, Jesus has provided a solution!

  • Greg Laurie Podcast - Between Impossible & More Impossible | Turn Worry Into Prayer

Here’s a good quote you can find on the Internet: “In times of trouble, don’t give in to your natural reflex of worry. Instead, condition your reflex to pray.” It’s a meme from a man named Greg Laurie. Well, that same Greg Laurie brings us a complete message on how to turn our worries into prayers today as he continues a new series called “Joshua: Living in the Land of Promises.” Glad you’re along for A NEW BEGINNING as we learn to awaken our faith, and put our worries to bed.

  • Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram Daily Podcast - I Choose Love - Love Serves, Part 2

In our pursuit of greatness in God's eyes, we tend to imagine following Jesus into ever-increasing, upward levels of maturity. In this program, Chip poses the fascinating premise that we actually follow Jesus, descending into greatness.

    How do we measure greatness?

    • Power = Who and what we control
    • Possessions = What and how much we own
    • Position = Our rank in the pecking order
    • Prestige = Who and how many “look up” to us
    • Productivity = What and how much we accomplish

    How do we obtain greatness?

    • Two pathways to greatness: Ascending and descending
    • True greatness defined = Philippians 2:3-4

How do you experience true greatness?

    • One word = Humility (Humility is the channel through which the supernatural power of God’s love flows to heal our deepest hurts and restore our most important relationships.)

    How to be authentically humble:

    1. Humility flows from a specific “mindset”. -Philippians 2:5
    2. We achieve true greatness when we embrace Christ’s “mindset” toward power and possessions. -Philippians 2:6
    3. We become truly great when we embrace Christ’s “mindset” toward position and prestige. -Philippians 2:7
    4. We become truly great when we embrace Christ’s “mindset” toward productivity. -Philippians 2:8
    5. We experience the reward of true greatness when we follow Christ’s example of servanthood. -Philippians 2:9-11

  • Running to Win - 25 Minute Edition - Trusting God When The Wells Are Dry – Part 1 of 2

When God wants to deepen our spiritual maturity, He sometimes takes away all the comforts we’re used to. It’s possible for God to lead His people into a famine. In this message, Pastor Lutzer explores the life of a man who experienced an unexpected famine: Abraham. Where do we turn when hardship hits?
