What’s up friends? ☺️ In episode 5 we reflect and inter-grate some of the information  we learned from Goddess Rhonda in episode 4 and we continue to heal the past by asking each other how the past has Influenced us to this day! This was a very healing episode for us because sometimes we don’t realize how certain things are still impacting us internally until we talk about it with others. The body remembers the trauma that the brain tries to forget.
