Have you ever wondered if science and faith coexist or if they go against one another? Pastor Steven begins to answer some of these questions by walking through Hebrews 11.

Steven Patterson is the College Pastor at First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls. In Week 2 of "Free People, Free People" we talk about what forgiveness is not and what forgiveness is by walking through Matthew 18:21-35; The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant. 

The Lord has called us, even in the midst of our pain, to forgive. It is not for them, but for you.

If we begin to change what we can control (thoughts/habits), then we can begin to influence what we can't control (desire/emotions). 

"Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires." Romans 8:5
