As Mother's day approaches it is hard to not get nostalgic.  What does Mother's Day look like this year?  As we think about that, a word keeps popping up.

Nourish!!

Is it food?  Is it acts of kindness/doing?  How do we nourish others?  Most importantly, how do we nourish ourselves?  If you don't really, pause and consider why not as you listen and take in ways to start.
