The holiday season is upon us--first up is Halloween :-/ and we know how crazy it gets from there--- treats everywhere with no end in sight until January 2nd. This week we are talking about alcohol and how it is impacting our weight among other things. It's important to pay attention to the calories from alcohol consumption because alcohol can contribute to weight gain and other health problems. Tap in and learn what some of your favorite drinks are "costing you" ....I'm not saying you have to quit drinking but at least be in the know so that you can make informed decisions when the opportunity to indulge presents.
