Every time we sneeze someone says, "God bless you!" We don't know for sure how that got started but we've been saying it for thousands of years. So, let's think a little deeper about what it means to bless and how we can do more of it.

Negative energy swirled around Jesus, and He was totally aware of it, but He simply stayed focused on what God wanted Him to do. Do what’s yours to do. If you need to cook dinner, cook it. If the kitchen needs to be cleaned up, do that.

There are plenty of opportunities for asking, “Is there more to life than this?” … What is the purpose of life? What God is, He created us to be. Our name is actually “God, Jr.” …

Here are some old, limited ways we look at ourselves ... I call them “What Nots” —false identifications that we’d be better off without. So, as I go through this list of eighteen things that we are NOT, consider divorcing yourself from any or all of them that you’ve believed you had to hang onto.

As Jesus pointed out, God lovingly provides for all, just as the sun shines on all, but to the self-reliant He adds the delight of partnership, and the joy of co-creation, which is the companionship that God relies upon in His sons and daughters.

It probably shouldn’t amaze us—but it does—that the visible realm is embraced, supported, and pervaded by an invisible realm of ideas and spiritual principles…

We’ve all heard, “No pain, no gain,” and that makes it easy to assume that suffering is essential to living. But, I can’t believe that… So, what is the role of suffering? Is there anything redeeming about it?

The fact that some people see little or no value in the Bible tells more about their Ego agenda than it tells about the Bible.

Let’s think about Eternity’s Doorstep... Today is part of Eternity. One of the biggest mistakes we can make is thinking that Eternity is far-removed from Time and from today…

Independence Day--the 4th of July--is coming up, so let’s think about independence as it relates to what’s going on in America... and what’s going on is an epidemic of dependency…
