Neil Laughton is the Founder and CEO of the Business Leadership Academy, Founder and Director of City Airways, Founder of Bridge to Enterprise, Non-Executive Director of Berghind Joseph and Chief Leader of Project New Horizons, an annual programme of youth development for kids in the Care System (NEET's).
He started out as a Royal Marine Commando and SAS officer then founded, developed and sold his businesses to a FTSE 100 company in 2011.
In his spare spare time (apparently he has some) he leads adventurous expeditions all over the world. He has completed the Explorers Grand Slam - climbing the highest mountain on each continent including Mt. Everest and skiing to both the Geographic North and South Poles.
Neil has also made twelve first ascents in Greenland, trekked unsupported across South Georgia, circumnavigated the UK on a jet-ski and piloted the world's first road legal bio-fuelled flying car 10,000 km from London to Timbuktu including a flight over the Straits of Gibraltar an
