A video in Twitter depicts a person speaking saying white people should give POCs preferably black people 10 dollars because it shows they are willing to give up power and capital in the future. The speaker said if you have a issue giving 10 dollars to a fellow member in Chaz then you will have problems in the future relinquishing your goods or power. And not people out side of the Chaz just Black people inside of the Chaz get the 10 guilt dollars.
