Today Chris looks at the Thirst for Spirituality

Chris is the chair of our Broadview Leadership Team. Chris is the Director of College Services for Science and Engineering at Flinders University. He is also a Dad, Husband and whilst he doesn't look old enough, Chris is Granddad to some very special little people in our church family.

Today Rache looks at Beauty.

Rachael and Andrew lead our Broadview Community. Rachael is our Community Engagement Pastor, helping Broadview to build bridges with and love our neighbourhood. Currently Rachael is also working for Baptist Care in the church support team, whose aim is to engage and equip Baptist churches in engaging and supporting their neighbourhood.  She is passionate about those living in the margins, especially refugees and asylum seekers.

Chris, Steph and their kids are a loved part of our Broadview community. Chris has a PHD in theology with a focus on the gospel of John. Chris is works for Bible College SA here in Adelaide, loves to dig deeper into the New Testament and to ride his bike up and through the Adelaide Hills.

Today Andrew finishes the series as he looks at 1 John Chapter 5

Andrew and Rachael lead our Broadview community, have three wonderful kids and desire to participate in God's renewal through King Jesus. Andrew loves to ride his motorbike, drink coffee, almost any team sport and figure out the most creative or fastest way to anywhere using a map or his sense of direction.

Today Matthew looks at 1 John Chapter 4

Dr Matthew James Gray is the head of undergraduate studies for ministry practice students at Tabor College Adelaide. Passionate about church history and theology (his PHD), Matt’s desire to retell the true ups and downs in the story of the church is infectious.  Matt has been a great friend and supporter of our pastors Rachael and Andrew and was important (a huge understatement) in their journey towards becoming leaders at Broadview.

Today Dave looks at 1 John 3: 11-21

David, Maddy and their family are part of the original adventurers who took on the journey to revitalise Broadview.  David currently serves as an elder for our RBC family, he is a Dad of three wonderful kids and a passionate basket-baller and Adelaide Crows supporter.

Today Darryl looks at 1 John 2:18-3:10

Rev Darryl Bishop is on staff with Baptist Churches SA where is focus is to support and equip the many multicultural churches and leaders of our movement. Darryl has served as a pastor in churches both in Adelaide and in country SA. He is the very loved dad and father - in law of our pastors Rachael and Andrew Foster. He is also an exceptional granddad, not just because he always sneakily buys them McDonalds.

Today Stephanie looks at 1 John 2: 12-15

Stephanie is loved person in our Broadview community, she is currently studying a Master of Divinity with a special focus on the Old Testament and Hebrew. Steph is a mum to two great kids and married to Chris with whom she cycled through many beautiful places in Europe.

Today Reuben looks at 1 John 1: 5 - 2:11.

Apart from being a beloved part of our community and part of our leadership team, Reuben is also the Baptist Chaplin to Adelaide University. Reuben is married to Jodie and the Dad of two wonderful girls. There really isn't much that Reuben can't do, whether its creating a beautiful meal or coffee, repairing a roof or building a picket fence.
