I talk about all they Yankees and Phillies news I've missed over the past few weeks.  I also talk about the start of free agency, the qualifying offers and coaching changes.

I talk about the Yankees struggles the past 2 weeks.  The Subway Series is coming and the Mets are hurting just as bad as the Mets.  I also break down the recent extensions that have been given out and I finally touch on the Nationals deadline acquisitions!  Great episode but not much Philly in this weeks episode.

The Yankees haven't lost since my last episode!  I talk my usual Yankees and Phillies.  There were some huge milestones in the careers of Joey Votto and Miguel Cabrera.  I also state my case for Jonathan India for NL Rookie of the Year.

Smitty is going solot for a little while.  Shiv is taking a step back...don't worry we still love each other very much!  This week I clean up the past few weeks we missed.  I talk the Home Run Derby and All Star Game.  I talk a little bit about our teams and he main event is the HUGE trade deadline that just passed.  The deadline had it all and I give more than my 2 cents on all of it!
