Brooks earned a Master's from Georgetown University and will attend UAMS next fall (2024) to become a medical doctor. His deep passion lies in natural, holistic medicine that helps people heal from the inside out, and he plans to study sports medicine to help athletes optimize their training and recovery from injury to maximize their performance on and off the field. Currently, he serves as a private football skills/health coach for athletes wanting to improve their game.

Austin lives in Kansas City as a father, husband, beast on the golf course, insurance fiend, and private QB coach in Kansas City.
