In this episode, BROCO Jeffrey Wells continues December's theme of "Chasing the Light through Darkness" of grief and loss. This time of year often brings emotions such grief to an intersection of memories and loneliness. If not careful, it can lead someone to a dark state of despair and hopelessness. Jeffrey encourages us to chase the light by holding on to our hope in Jesus Christ, holding on to each other, and being thankful for God's abiding care through all of life's circumstances.

The truth is that most people have A LOT going on this time of the year, and the mounting pressure can be incredibly hard to manage. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type if winter depression affecting 3 million Americans annually. There are many reasons people feel down and depressed during the end of the year. Christopher mentions a few of the causes, and offers a ray of hope through the promise of God's light and grace, especially through dark times.

This week, the BROCO members Christopher, Jared, and Jeffrey join up to discuss and wrap up this month's theme "Thankfulness". Psalms 24:1-5 ESV  A Psalm of David.
