The best rivalry in Florida is the Florida State Seminoles against the Florida Gators and in 2009, The Brothers Brandt witnessed it in-person at “The Swamp” in Gainesville, Florida. It was Tim Tebow’s final home game of his illustrious college football career and he did not disappoint. Tebow and the Gators stomped on Florida State winning 37-10. Tebow accounted for five touchdowns (three passing, two rushing). He passed for 221 yards and ran for another 90 yards completely obliterating the FSU defense. The Seminoles halftime show was the best thing FSU did all day. After the game, we gave Tebow high-fives as he circled the stadium on the field thanking all the fans. Enjoy this epic podcast episode and our Week 12 College Football segment called, “Any Given Saturday” where we highlight the best games coming up this weekend!
