The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from SERA J. "Triangles" comes off the new v/a, TECHNO Vol. 1 - Curated by ANNĒ, forthcoming on Nastia's TECHNO Records. Nastia's imprint launches a new compilation series curated by selected music connoisseurs and crate diggers, with ANNĒ as the debut curator.

Each compilation features handpicked unreleased pieces including an exclusive track by the curator. The release pairs a curated double vinyl with a CD featuring the curator's own mix of the compilation.

For this first edition, ANNĒ has put together a balanced journey that opens with Gaetano Parisio's dynamic old-school energy and closes with The Advent's raw classic techno. Between these two legends, the selection flows seamlessly across the first 12". The second record takes a more soulful direction, starting with Newa and closing with ANNĒ's own track - a natural way to wrap up the journey she's curated, serving both as a closing piece and the final statement of the compilation. The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Manao. Born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezeula and now based in Berlin, Manao’s practice emerges from sound as a form of memory, movement, and belonging. Shaped by the city’s electronic underground, he began building community through music—using it as a tool to connect fractured geographies and shared histories.

Drawing from Uk Bass, Detroit and modern Electro, Latin Club, Warehouse rave, and Jungle, Manao’s selections operate as hybrid soundscapes rather than fixed genres. His work resists categorization, treating the dance floor and radio alike as spaces where diasporic identity can remain fluid, fragmented, and open-ended.

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Zaatar. The Belgian-Moroccan DJ and producer based in France blends electro, EBM, and new beat, weaving retro energies with North African influences into sets that are as unpredictable as they are intense. From the artist:

This mix is meant to express my love for and commitment to the music that existed before techno as we know it today. It draws from what we can call New Beat, E-beat, and of course the spirit of La Ruta Destroy. I have also included some contemporary artists who, in my opinion, share similar references and influences to my own, such as Curses, Reda Saiarh, Facets, and Lavion. The list is, of course, much longer, and I could go on and on.

Between surveillance and seduction, control and self-optimization, Seductive Supervision unfolds, the first chapter of the long-term project exc.directory. Under the collective alias exc, nine ghost producers merge into a dense audiovisual essay on the subtle mechanisms of power.

The tracks move between kinetic rigor, fragmented breaks, and atmospheric abstraction—music as a mirror of a control society that is no longer structured by walls but by permanent self-observation.

Seductive Supervision is less an album than a system of impulses, an acoustic diagram that translates Deleuze's idea of the control society into sound. What remains is a feeling between ecstasy and confinement – and the realization that the most beautiful cage is the one we design ourselves.
