THE BRVTALIST

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Swarm Intelligence. "Inner Brilliance" comes off the new EP, Containment Field, forthcoming on OMEN Recordings. The label returns with its 64th release, welcoming Irish-born, Berlin-based artist SWARM INTELLIGENCE for his debut appearance on the label. Presented on vinyl, the release showcases his singular sonic vision—what OMEN describes as “broken cyberpunk ritual mechanical techno.” Complementing the original material are remixes from pioneering rhythmic noise duo ORPHX and OMEN label heads AXKAN and DUELLIST. Together, the release traverses crushing industrial textures, fractured rhythms, and driving passages of eerie uplift, while remaining firmly rooted in the broken industrial techno aesthetic that defines OMEN Recordings.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Mogano + Maze DK. "Cybervoid.exe" comes off the new EP of the same name forthcoming on Arboretum. After several years, label-head Mogano returns on Arboretum, teaming up with queer Polish artist Maze DK. Genuinely reflecting the aftermath of both artists' backgrounds, Cybervoid.exe stretches the conventional techno-industrial archetype into a brighter cinematic language that yields emotionally dense moments as well as intense, floor-breaker incursions. Deeply inspired by a broad palette of genres such as IDM, Raw Hypnotic Techno, Bass and

Breakbeat, the Ep never deserts its dance-floor commitment, serving 4 tracks that build a solid narration. Includes remixed by Swarm Intelligence and Unhuman.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Tarens. "Demon of the Hidden Mist" comes off the new EP, Veiled Haven, forthcoming on GNOS. The release consists of four tracks, each unique in its approach, yet all reflecting Tarens’ characteristic storytelling, textures, and haunting atmosphere. It sits between raw, driving, and cinematic techno, with detailed low-end shaping.

Suited for both peak-time moments and deeper, more hypnotic sections of a set, while also immersive enough for focused listening beyond the club.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Unpronounceable. "Destination Unknown (Gay Horror Remix)" comes off the new release of the same name forthcoming on Italy's Marguerite Records. The release is born from an archive of sounds collected between 2019 and 2024—sonic fragments that took shape without a predetermined direction, guided only by an open idea in constant transformation.

The original track, conceived as a “destination unknown” composition, developed its own independent identity. However, precisely because of its fluid and cross-genre nature, Unpronounceable chose not to place it within a traditional EP context, instead opening it up to a multiplicity of perspectives by inviting five artists to reinterpret it freely, without genre constraints.

The result is an EP that unfolds like an alternative map of the same sonic territory, where each remix explores a distinct direction, transforming Destination Unknown into a multifaceted and ever-evolving experience. With Gay Horror, the focus shifts to an emotional and narrative dimension. The vocals are deliberately made elusive and undefined, while the structure develops through a slow, controlled crescendo that recalls the atmospheres of ’90s trip-hop. This version also reflects a long-standing human and artistic relationship, conceived as a story that travels through time and reaches the present day.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Ason Teva. "19_85" comes off the new album, Breathing Asbestos", forthcoming on Invisible Animals. Previously known for releasing immersive techno and emotive electro on imprints such as Detroit Underground and Confused Machines, he know dives deeper with this new album into squelching, hallucinatory cuts, while our featured track “19_85” steps back into club domain, but from a lo-fi, sweaty basement perspective of desolated synths and malfunctioning drum machines.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Decibel Place. "Swarm (Steve Redhead Remix)" comes off the new EP of the same name, forthcoming on Manchester's Scrap & Delete. Known for navigating the darker, more experimental edges of the genre while maintaining driving, floor-focused energy, the Liverpool-based Decibel Place has previously delivered on labels including Materialised, Transition, MASS, and Khazad Records. As a DJ, he continues to earn attention with his tightly constructed sets across the hardgroove circuit, a sensibility carried through this latest body of work. Steve Redhead steps in on remix duties, reworking ‘Swarm’ into a stripped-back, percussive cut defined by clarity and control, where subtle shifts in rhythm and texture drive a deeper, hypnotic propulsion.
