South Lenoir Principal Elizabeth Pierce joins us live to break the news of the hiring of the school's new football coach (Brandon Proctor), athletics director (Paul Novicki) and assistant AD (Madison Leigh Harvey).

Ms. Pierce also talks about Junious Smith III Night at the Sept. 20 Kinston-South Lenoir game in Deep Run, her decisions behind the hirings and more.

Coach Novicki joins us to break down the decisions behind hiring Coach Proctor and becoming the school's new AD.

He also helps break the news of the North Lenoir-South Lenoir Alumni baseball game that will be played Oct. 26 at Historic Grainger Stadium. Coach Novicki is putting together the team of Blue Devils, while North Lenoir legend Sthil Sowers is putting together the Hawks' team.

Kinston legend Danny Rice joins Jason Bryant, Linda Hanks and Bryan to discuss being named an Outstanding Alumni award winner by ECU for 2024. He will be honored by the university at a prestigious ceremony and then on the field at the Oct. 26 Homecoming football game.

Coach Meadows lets us know about the Jessica Ramsey volleyball tournament that is taking place Saturday at the Sportatorium on the campus of LCC. He also gives us previews of the Lancers' volleyball season and fall baseball and an update on bringing back men's basketball to the school.
