The Buckeye Weekly Podcast

In this episode of the Buckeye Weekly Podcast, Tom Orr and Tony Gerdeman give their instant reactions following Ohio State's 45-12 win over Arkansas State. The defense had some issues but they still kept the the Red Wolves out of the end zone. Were they exposed more than they were in week one? Offensively, the Buckeyes averaged 10 yards a play, so is there really anything to complain about? Receivers Marvin Harrison and Emeka Egbuka were fantastic and the fellas discuss those two and a whole slew of other players who stood out and made some noise. Including, once again, defensive tackle Mike Hall.

In this live episode of the Buckeye Weekly Podcast, Tony Gerdeman, Tom Orr, and Kevin Noon preview Saturday's matchup between Arkansas State and Ohio State. They discuss matchups, what they'll be watching for, and also answer a ton of questions from the livestream viewers.

One game into the 2022 season, three starters from Ohio State's offense are dealing with injuries. Julian Fleming sat out the entire Notre Dame game, while Jaxon Smith-Njigba missed most of it, and Luke Wypler was spotted wearing a walking boot afterward.

So how serious are those injuries and when can Buckeye fans expect to see the three starters back on the field?

Kevin Noon of BuckeyeHuddle.com joins host Tom Orr to discuss that and much more, including the status of safety Josh Proctor after he was pulled from the lineup very early in the season-opener.
