We have been looking for a home in Idaho for about 9 months.

House #3 all the way. Eliza loves it! We were initially skeptical but fell in love with the open-concept floorplan. Plenty of space and great views!

We're at house #2. Great views of the Teton mountains, great curb appeal, but once again - too small of a lot for what we are looking for. Plus, the home layout didn't suit our needs. So, we are continue on to house #3!

Mark's initial impressions about house #1:

We initially thought the drains were clogged, but it turns out the entire sewer line is clogged. Over the next week, we are going to be documenting our journey through draining and cleaning. Stay tuned!

Property management isn't always pretty. It takes regular maintenance, dealing with emergencies as they come up, and adapting to constant changes. However, it's still one of the most rewarding investments you can make.

Today, we're prepping one of Mark's multi-unit properties for the winter. Any roof will experience wear and tear, and seasonal maintenance will prevent those issues from building up and becoming more expensive.
