The Buddha as we know him wasn’t always the Buddha. In fact, he was just a normal guy who suffered like most of us do. But then the Buddha discovered the only true way to get rid of suffering.
Years after the Buddha’s discovery, a philosopher approached him. The philosopher searched for the answers to life his entire life. And the Buddha’s only solution was to sit in silence for two years.
After begrudgingly agreeing to the Buddha’s terms, two years later, the philosopher had no questions for the Buddha.
Moral of the story?
