The Vienna Boys Choir has been around for over 500 years, allowing small children to sing their hearts out all over the world, until their voices break and they are chucked away. This Disney "edutainment" film follows two boys as they navigate their way through the choir, and life. Tobi, who desperately wants to get into the choir, and Peter, who wants desperately to stay in.

What's a Sheriff to do when a Tiger is on the loose in his foggy little town? Why, argue with his daughter if he should shoot it or not! In our season finale, we cover "A Tiger Walks", which is mainly a story on bad people getting what they deserve, enrobed in a plot about family tensions, free will, and wild accents. Overall this was a really fun film to watch, and despite the majority of it being spent in a haze-induced coma, it's done really well.

In 1961, the very first live-action musical from the Walt Disney Company hit theaters, and while it's box office receipts weren't all that great, this film left a mark on the parks for years to come. On episode nine of the Buena Vista Boys, we journey to Mother Goose Village, sip some lemonade, and try not to get sold to gypsies as we watch Babes in Toyland!

If you listen to the Walt Disney Company, the Treasure of Matecumbe is about one child's search for buried treasure in the Florida everglades. The actual film, however, was more of a "how-to-scam-folks-in-1860's-Kentucky" tutorial, with very little treasure hunting involved. Yet, in a testament to production standards, Disney was still able to create an entertaining and at times witty little movie that we enjoyed watching!
