After coming out the All-Star break very flat against the Leafs, the Buffalo Sabres bounced back by taking back-to-back wins against the Tampa Bay Lightning and Florida Panthers. Nick and Andrew break down what it means for this team to be sitting in a playoff spot now this late in the year. Nick breaks down being at the Tampa game, including his thoughts on Okposo hit and a story about a Tampa fan pulling a big no-no at a sporting event. The guys then break down some players to watch during the final stretch of season and why Andrew thinks Mattias Samuelsson could be the key. Greg is one of the best follows on Twitter for Bills fans when it comes to breaking down cap situations and how contracts work. Nick and Andrew are back after a week off as the sports world rallied around the scary situation that occurred during the MNF game between the Bills and Bengals, with Damar Hamlin having to be given CPR on the field and taken to the hospital. With Demar back to breathing on his own the Bills were able to try and get back to a somewhat normal week by closing out the regular season with a win over the Patriots. Nyheim Hines gave the sports world goosebumps with his opening drive kickoff return for a touchdown. The guys move forward to Wildcard Weekend and another rematch with the Dolphins. Andrew talks the importance of the Bills key defensive players in trying to stop Hill and Waddle. Then the guys have an honest conversation about Gabriel Davis and why he's an X-factor for playoffs. We talk key players for the week to watch and score predictions. Switching gears to the Bandits and Sabres as both teams have been hot and created for a One Buffalo weekend with all 3 Buffalo sports teams picking up wins. After a huge storm in Buffalo delayed recording the guys are back to discuss the Christmas Eve win at Soldier Field last week over the Bears. James Cook and Devin Singletary carried the load on offense, while AJ Epenesa and Shaq Lawson carried the defense. Nick talks why Bills fans need to learn to appreciate the games the Bills win when Josh doesn't play well. Andrew talks his concerns about the Bengals game and all the playoff seedings that are on the line. We give our players to watch and score predictions, including someone not picking a Bills win. Jumping over to the frozen pond, the Buffalo Sabres have now won 5 straight games after defeating Detroit in front of a sellout crowd on Thursday. The Buffalo Bills clinched a playoff spot on Saturday night by defeating the Miami Dolphins in a AFC East battle. Andrew gives his experience being at the game and explains the snowball throwing. MVP Josh Allen was back in full form as the snow started to fall in the 4th quarter and helped set up Tyler Bass for a game winning field goal as time expired. Tre White and the defense made key stops when needed, but not without some question marks that Nick and Andrew discuss. As the Bills head to Soldier Field to try and clinch the AFC East against the Bears, the guys discuss why Bills cannot afford to look ahead to Bengals game.
