Dr. CJ (Claudella) Koen (Th.D.) Co-founder and CEO of Dominate Your Destiny have worked in higher education as a Vice-President of a bible college and as a counselor at other institutions. She has changed lives by, encouraging, and motivating people to further their education. As CEO of a noted record label CJ Koen had firsthand knowledge of the dynamics of corporate cultures. While functioning as the CEO she helped many people pursue their passions and goals as recording artists. She also managed the daily operation of the business including marketing and promotions.
Owning a successful small business for many years she is aware of the problems that can arise and she has a deep understanding of the heart and visions of a small business owner.
CJ Koen has been an inspirational and motivational speaker for twenty-five years. She is a life coach and teacher. Her seminars have attracted audiences from all backgrounds, genders, ages, demographics, and geographic locations. Dr. CJ Koen has earned a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Theology.
