Andrew Greer is the CEO of Thomas Strafford Investments, and is a dominant force in the San Diego Real Estate World! Andrew previously was a stock broker, and during the '08/'09 recession, he went back to bartending to provide for his family. Listen in to hear about how he did his first flip project, getting the deal from a man he met at 7-11. Using Youtube videos, and his previous book of business for investor and partner relationships, he was able to flip multiple properties, and eventually left bartending to go full time into Real Estate. He has since gotten into the development space, has grown a sales team, has created a successful networking group, and so much more! Andrew is known as the Zoning Guru, and can be found building multi-unit projects all around San Diego, and educating and consulting for others along the way. Jessy tells us her story of moving to the U.S. from Peru to get her Masters Degree in International Business. This was followed by two additional Masters in Media Management and Visual Arts. 

The Luxury Car Rental Business is based on providing a complete experience for the clients. In addition to the car rentals, clients can also obtain affiliated services like Suite Rentals and Chauffeur Services. 

Jessy grew up with an entrepreneurial Father, and is making use of the skills she learned from him, combined with her tenacity and love for education, to create her own entrepreneurial path, breaking ceilings both as a minority and a female business owner in a primarily male-dominated industry.
