 The Logo Debate

Welcome back to the Bunker — your go-to spot for all things Washington Commanders football.

In today’s episode, “The Logo Debate,” we’re diving into one of the most talked-about topics surrounding the team right now. The Commanders’ new alternate uniform — featuring a spear integrated into the “W” logo — has sparked major conversation across the NFL world.

Is it a meaningful nod to franchise history? Or does it cross a line by echoing imagery tied to the former Redskins identity?

We break down both sides of the debate — from fans who appreciate the throwback elements to criticism from members of the Native American community who view the design as problematic. This is more than just a uniform discussion — it’s about identity, history, and where the franchise is headed moving forward.
