man i love tattoos. and we're talking all about them today. this is a topic which when brainstorming about it, i realised there's actually quite a lot to talk about - like way more than i actually expected. some like them, some hate them - some say that they are for criminals but some say there are a work of art - and i feel like we need to unravel each and every argument in detail. i researched about the origin of tattoos, why they are such a stigma and so much more and i genuinely found the most batshit things everrrrr and i'm so excited to share with you. hope you enjoy ;)

today we're gonna be talking about reality shows. and quite frankly, those reality shows where you watch the whole season and you're like "this is so fucking fake, there's no way this is the contestant's intention or what their thought process is". and one of the people who instantly notices this and calls out the scripted moments on reality shows and is not really scared to say how she feels about what's happening in front of her is my good friend, Sera. this episode is going to be a little bit lighter because we've had a lot of serious episodes thus far so i wanted to do a light one and what is better than talking about the bullshit that happens on reality shows? lmfao hope you enjoy!

today, we are getting serious. i think this is the most serious episode i have ever recorded. MENTAL HEALTH. it is a fucker, and it is your biggest priority. if it's not at its best, if you feel like you are not in the best place, then it could really fuck with everything that is going on in your life and it could lead up to the most horrible place ever. i was there. at the bottom of the barrel, throughout the first half of this year. but thank god, i can say that i worked on it, recovered and found the peace that i was looking for. and i'm here to tell you how i did that and why you should do it too.

this is one of my most favourite episodes i have ever recorded, as i get to do it with someone who has went through all the phases of a friendship with me - today, we're here to have a conversation about our experience and how our friendship has helped us grow - by asking ourselves question like; "why are friendships necessary in a healthy life?", "how does a relationship affect a friendship?", "when is it healthy to end a friendship?" and so much more.

everyone makes weird and really bad fashion choices - at least once in their life - i'm pretty sure everyone has made these horrible choices where we went out and everyone was like "what the fuck are u wearing?" including me. multiple times. and i definitely went through a lot of changes with my fashion sense. so today, i wanted to talk about the fashion choices i have made throughout these past 2-3 years, and i have also invited 2 of my closest friends, who have witnessed this journey and have witnessed the multiple styles i have had throughout these past years, Jasmine & Christine.
