New York State Supreme Court ruled in favor of 16 sanitation workers who were fired for being unvaccinated against Covid. New York State must reinstate all workers and give them back pay from the date of termination!

They also lifted the vaccine mandate in NYC for the private sector on Nov. 1st! 

What does this mean for other public or government employees that were fired for the same reason? Will we start seeing more court orders to reinstate? What does this mean for the rest of unvaccinated America?

Nick Fusco the youngest cigar brand owner joins The Burn Down Podcast and talks about his incredible story on how created of El Mago Cigars. Nick created the El Mago Cigar brand as a tribute to his grandparents, Maria and Gonzalo Torre who died on June 24, 2021 in Miami, Florida, when their building The Champlain Towers collapsed in the middle of the night. Nick's grandparents left a huge impression on him and El Mago Cigars is how he keep's their legacy alive.

Bek Lover a man who has seen a lot and been through a lot. How he lost many people in his lifetime from various events which include the 1999 Kosovo War and his brother. How cigars brought him back to life after the loss of his brother and EVEN being on the ground level of the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center.

With the extensive experiences and struggles Bek has gone through, he is more know for being the former king of the New York Nightlife, a motivational speaker and even a podcaster.
