I wrote this information to help individuals and Business owners to understand the “dynamic” of Decision Making and Problem Solving! In simplistic terms…if you have a problem, most times all that you have to do to solve it, is to craft a wise decision and put it into action!!

In a Business environment, if you have problems, then these are “opportunities” that can guide you to new products and areas of service delivery for your clients. Think of it this way…..the exact same number of problems that you see….are the same opportunities than can exist for you, if you can find a way to solve them!!

Every now and then you see it! You see a seemingly enormous problem or challenge that a person has to face, and it “re-directs” a  life.  This can bring a person  to a point of absolute determination to solve or fix this problem. This was Kirsty’s journey to help her son Noah live a full life. It brought her a solution, but now also a Business. Its re-directed her life, and it is helping others to re-direct theirs.

Sometimes tragedies happen, and we cannot always see anything  good that come out of it!
I had the opportunity to interview Darren over a lunch with some of my clients last year, and his story is amazing!

His journey was tough, but it built some determination into his goal of representing Australia in the Paralympic’s…where he won a Gold and a sliver medal. This story is amazing
