Derek Champagne talks with the new CEO of ItemMaster, Dev Ganesan. Dev shares the importance of having a good a team of people to help you grow and scale your business, understanding what your weaknesses are, and surrounding yourself with advisors and mentors to help you where you need help. Dev also talks about some important leadership principals to follow such as, listening instead of just talking in your meetings, giving credit to your team members, when things go wrong you take the blame, and allowing people to make mistakes, just not repeating the same mistakes.

Yigal Adato started early with entrepreneurship, and leadership at an early age. His family were all business owners, and for Yigal he got his start at age 13 when he joined a youth leadership movement, and at 17 when he became a counselor, then at age 20 he became on of the main leadership directors. Yigal caught the leadership and entrepreneur bug early on, and has stuck with him ever since.

Success for Vincent Pugliese is freedom, and time. It's not the same for everyone, but for him it's the ability, and freedom to go where he wants, when he wants, and not be tied down. He shares that he is now "unemployable" because he has the discipline to maintain this freedom that he cherishes in his life so much. There's a balance in this drive, and motivation to work and freedom.
