Her online program, “First Steps to Overcoming Depression and Anxiety,” is designed for those diagnosed with depression or anxiety who are awaiting psychologist appointments.  Dr. Shiromi also introduces a unique component of her program – a resource for family and friends to better understand and support individuals navigating mental health challenges.
