Josh Frydenberg's budget on Tuesday night included more than 100 billion dollars for infrastructure projects. But most of that money had been already been allocated as part of a ten year plan to improve major infrastructure across the nation. The government is wanting businesses, big and small, to spend, spend, spend so that the country can navigate into a post-recession economy as soon as possible. But is the Government actually spending as much as it could, or as much as it should, to help businesses play their role in rebuilding the economy? Rachel Pupazzoni has the story.
