Karen Heath is a Realtor in Saratoga Springs, New York. She was meeting new clients to show them a house and watched, in horror, as they were struck by a car while crossing the street.  Karen sprung into action,  calling 911.  When you are a realtor you tend to power through your injuries to show your clients that next house.
