I wish that I had met Ryan Gaines sooner before we moved. Maybe my furniture would not have gotten so damaged.  Ryan shares his craziest stories with nosey neighbors, racist people and Dysfunctional clients. We also talk military families being taken advantage of and tips on how to protect yourself and your move.

A crazy story about how her son pooped in the car. Kids are crazy. Look, It’s not uncommon for realtors to have to bring their kids to an appointment. It’s something we have all experienced. And when we do, We are hoping, and praying, nothing will go wrong. We hope they won’t do anything embarrassing or miss behave. Well, today the worst possible scenario happened. And just when you think I can’t get worse it does. Rather than ask his mom to find a restroom he decided to poop in the car.  In his defense he knew his mom is working and didn’t want to interrupt her. He had good intentions. With kids you always need to expect the unexpected.

The scariest experience my mom has had in real estate is when she walked into a home and found the kitchen covered in blood. To this day she doesn't know what happened. She immediately left and never turned back.

Imagine that You’re moving into your new home and you come outside to get another load. You realize the moving truck is gone. Karen Heath is a Realtor in Saratoga Springs, New York. She was meeting new clients to show them a house and watched, in horror, as they were struck by a car while crossing the street.  Karen sprung into action,  calling 911.  When you are a realtor you tend to power through your injuries to show your clients that next house.
