The league is made up of 5 teams consisting of top NHL, AHL, ECHL, D1, CHL, and jr.A players. With 56 regular season games plus playoffs it is a grueling season that brings the absolute best out of every player and makes for an electric atmosphere on an 80 foot sheet of ice. 

Our goal is simple: get the best players in South Florida competing against each other day in and day out in order to better prepare ourselves for the "real" season while having some fun and growing the game.

On Epi.71 I, Nico Blachman, fully takeover as guest and host Jackie Moon style. The past 2 years of my life have been by far the craziest, ft. the biggest setback of my career, and the biggest comeback of my career to date. I have never grown more in my life. I am forever grateful for the adversity i've faced and will continue to face. I am forever grateful for all that I've learned and will continue to learn.
