Dr. Paul Cannings with Powerwalk Ministries shares about the importance of leadership in preparation for a Leadership Conference happening in Chattanooga. Dr. Cannings addresses the vacuum of leaders during this time and what the reasoning behind the lack of strong leadership that is prevalent today. Many are attracted by the trappings and power associated with leadership, but few count the cost. Paul also talks about the high cost of leadership which must be counted when accepting the mantle as a leader.
