The Call Up

Gabe and I make our picks and discuss race conditions for whats going to be a very hot criterium.

Gabe and I chat about the results and what we heard/read from some riders.

Gabe and I make our picks for stop 5 of the ACC!

Coryn took some time out of her busy schedule to chat with me today. I ask her about her form and how her training has been going (she gives us one of her methods!!)

Coryn watches the last lap of the Women's Professional Road Race National Championships FOR THE FIRST TIME and gives us some insight into her decision-making in the last 15min of the race! I call her out on her tactics and she goes through why she raced, how she raced.

She's in great form with great morale going into her final altitude prep before doing Tour de France Femmes.

For those that want to follow along with us while we watch the last lap of USPRO. Head over to

We did our best with connections. Coryn is currently in the mountains with her team, they were all sharing WiFi watching the TDF while we streamed Flo and our call. Please be patient with us in the final bit of the podcast.

Gabe and I talk about what we saw during the mens and womens professional criterium championships

Gabe and I go through the riders on both the men and women's side to make our picks for who brings home the jersey.

Gabe and I get to chat with Brandon "Monk" Feehery after his win at the 2023 Amateur Criterium Nationals

Gabe and I recap race 4 of the ACC series. We were only able to tune in to stage audio from Brad, Frankie and Todd. Sounded like an explosive and fast race.

I have on with me a special guest, Chad Hartley. Long time friend and teammate. We discuss the course and how it rides. How we expect the race to play out and our Top 5 picks for both women and men. Gabe couldn't join us as he is in command of the mic in T-Town for the UCI track racing.

Gabe and I share our thoughts on Cry Baby and the overall 3 days.
