Allow the rain to wash away all of your stress, issues, and concerns leaving you calm and relaxed. Headphones, although not necessary, will give you the best listening experience. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to any of these meditations while driving or operating machinery or equipment of any kind. Find a quiet place that is free from distractions. Listen while in a sitting or reclining position.
