It was an unexpected move by Wizards owner Ted Leonsis, but on Wednesday, he fired President of Basketball Operations Tommy Sheppard. So, Kyle J. Andrews (@KyleJAndrews_) and Matt Modderno (@MattModderno) of the Bleav in Wizards Podcast (@BleavvinWizards) discussed the move and Wes Unseld Jr. got a vote of confidence from Leonsis. What's next for Washington's roster? Will the Wizards make some improvements to the coaching staff and through the draft?
