I felt stuck in my business recently. Confused, tired, and overwhelmed. Everything felt hard and annoying and all the things I usually found energy in were draining me. But then it dawned on me. I consider getting fired one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. And even though it’s certainly inconvenient and uncomfortable, I consider it a blessing in disguise for most people. After nine months of maternity Sarah was looking towards returning to work with trepidation. There had been some significant changes while she was out and she had had a history of parachuting out of jobs quickly when things weren’t exactly perfect.
